Most people on a western diet have had their stomach’s ability to produce hydrochloric acid compromised by age 30 and need an HCL supplement as their most important digestive aid to properly break down their food. A marker of aging is the number of methyl groups in the cell. We use up about 1200 per day, if eating a raw food diet or using HCL for digestion after each meal. When eating cooked food without the HCL support, we use up 1800 methyl groups per day. Once gone, the cells are aged and degenerated. For individuals ages 25 - 50, 100 to 150 lbs., take 1 to 2 Vcaps of Premier HCL with 1 Vcaps of HCL Activator.  Drink at least 1/4 cup purified water.  Take after meals with cooked food, 1 to 3  times daily.

For ages 25 to 50, 151 to 200 lbs., take 3 to 4 Vcaps of Premier HCL after each meal with cooked food and half the amount of HCL Activator, 1 to 3 times daily.  If over 200 lbs., add 1 to 2 Vcaps of Premier HCL and half the amount of HCL Activator for each additional 50 lbs. of weight, 1 to 3 times daily.

For over age 50, 100 to 150 lbs., take 3 to 4 Vcaps of Premier HCL and half that amount of HCL Activator after every meal with cooked food. For each additional 50 lbs. over 150 lbs., add 1 Vcap of Premier HCL and half as much HCL Activator.

For those who are under age 25, be sure to consume adequate amounts of good quality sea salt, such as Premier Pink Salt, at least 1/2 to 1 tsp. daily in food, to provide the raw material from which hydrochloric acid may be made.  For those under age 25, the amount of HCL recommended depends on body size, as well as the amount of sea salt consumed daily, exercise levels and amount of perspiration lost daily.
