Description:
These are the only truely Raw rolled oats we've found. The are cold-rolled (without pre-steaming or toasting like regular oatmeat) so they retain more valuable nutrients and have a richer flavor. Because they are fresh, it's best to store them in a cool place. A quick healthy raw recipe: Blend 1 cup of oats, 1/2 cup water (more or less to desired consistency), 6 pitted dates (more to make sweeter) - better than cooked oatmeal!
