To achieve optimal health, you must first establish/restore an ideal pH of your body's tissues (as reflected by a first morning urine pH of 6.4 to 7.0). If your first morning urine pH is below 6.4 or above 7.0, use the Premier Greens and D3 Serum. If still out of range then add the pH Trio for 1 to 2 months until your pH is in the 6.4 to 7.0 range. In stubborn cases, you may also need to use specific immune system support products and/or to undergo intestinal cleansing.
When the body is not in the proper pH range:
Without regular intake of highly bio-available minerals, maintaining an ideal pH is impossible. Our 1st choice is the Premier Greens. Use 2 tbsp/day until alkaline, then 2 tsp. The next most assimilatable source of alkalinizing minerals in the world is the Sango marine coral minerals below. Mix the coral mineral powder with highly charged inner leaf aloe for spectacular uptake, directly targeting your organs and glands. Also, crucial for the uptake of calcium take the D3 Serum for adequate natural vitamin D.
We recommend avoiding most other calcium supplements as they are usually synthethic, can weaken versus strengthen you, and are rarely useable and absorbable by the body.
It is also crucial to eat an alkaline diet. An alkaline diet means eating alkaline forming foods for over 80% of your daily diet and less than 20% acid forming foods. The highest source of alkaline minerals are in vegetables, so eat a ton of them. They have no calories, so they'll never make you fat. Eat a vegetable soup and/or a huge salad before lunch and dinner. Have a whole plate of steamed or raw vegetables with your main meal.
Even better - drink 16 - 32 ounces of vegetable juice daily, preferably freshly made and not pasteurized. Nothing re-mineralizes you faster than the pH Trio and vegetable juice
Alkaline foods include all vegetables plus sweet potatoes & yams. Neutral foods (won't get you alkaline but won't make you more acidic) include fruit, beans, lentils and seeds. Acid foods include soda pop, meat, chicken, fish, dairy (including milk), eggs, all nuts, and grains. Slightly acidic foods are grains. More densely acid forming are nuts, coffee and alchohol. Nut butters and milks should be avoided. The most acid forming foods are soda pop and animal products. Meat for example is 44 times more acid than alkaline. It's hard to ever balance that out. We suggest no more than one serving of an acid forming food daily, and the more densely acidic the smaller the serving.
